Bruno Rebouças
Clinical psychoanalyst, executive coach, and organizational consultant. Specializing in leading individual and team transformation processes, group facilitation, and one-on-one coaching.
Bruno has extensive executive experience in major companies such as Google and Santander, as well as an international corporate career. A serial entrepreneur, he sold one of his companies (Progmedia Consulting) to the S4 Capital Group, listed on the London Stock Exchange. He also co-founded Raizs, now the largest organic products e-commerce platform in Brazil.
At S4 Capital Group, Bruno was the executive responsible for consulting operations across Latin America, managing teams of hundreds and leading M&A acquisition and integration processes in the region (Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina). He played a key role in digital transformation projects for companies such as AB InBev, Uber, iFood, Sanofi, and others.
Bruno is a psychoanalyst trained at the Centro de Estudos Psicanalíticos (CEP), holds a postgraduate degree in Neuroscience and Behavior from PUC, and earned a master’s in Applied Psychoanalysis for Organizations and Change Management from INSEAD in France.

360-Degree Assessment with Work Partners
Gather insights from those who have had significant professional experience with the client. In a structured manner, we interview 4 professionals individually and produce a summary report to be discussed in one of the sessions.

Validation of external perception with individual perception regarding key factors for work;
A support tool in opening possibilities and designing new professional paths;
The report is produced in a way that ensures respondent anonymity and groups relevant comments for professional development.
