Bruno is psychoanalyst, postgraduate in Neuroscience and Behavior and passionate about human development, team building and leadership. Surfer, kitesurfer, sailor and lover of nature and outdoor activities.
Bruno has worked at large companies such as Google and Santander and is a serial entrepreneur. He sold one of his companies (Progmedia Consulting) to the S4 Capital group listed on the London Stock Exchange and was a co-founder of Raizs, which is now the largest e-commerce of organic products in Brazil.
CARLOS RESENDE
A former professional volleyball player, he has already shared the court with big names in the national Brazilian team. Through sport, he fell in love with the dynamics of high performance teams and leadership.
Carlos is an Organizational Psychologist with decades of experience supporting leaders of large companies. He is a professor for courses in Leadership, People Management and Career Guidance at FIA. Coach and advisor to several senior executives in Brazil.
GUGA SIQUEIRA
With an adventurous and creative DNA, passionate about experiences with people and nature, he has been a traveler, sailor, diver and underwater photographer for over 20 years.
Graduated in Computer Engineering, he served as an executive in technology companies for more than 25 years, including multinationals such as Microsoft and Google, leading sales, marketing and partnership management teams. Gustavo has been recognized with international awards in people management and coaching.
